You said the girl studies Economics in Munic. So I would guess she's a student at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University (LMU). There is the Technical University in Munic, too, but as far a I know they don't offer Economics. You might want to send an Email to the Department of Economics at the LMU. Maybe the student representatives can put your request onto their notice board, mailing list or such.

By the way, I edited your mail adress in your posting a little. This way, it won't be recognized that easily by automatic adress gatherers. Once you found Haruka, I guess you won't have munch need for spam offering you viagra or fake rolex watches
